StockinGirl makes every effort to process orders received online on the same day or within 24 hours when orders are placed before 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If orders are placed on the weekend or holidays it may take longer.
Processing can also take longer during large promotions and sales.
If it is after 10 a.m. and need your order shipped Overnight or 2 day Express, please telephone an order to us at 800.339.3310 US only; international callers dial 001.203.972.8900. We accept telephone orders for Express Shipments until 2:00 p.m., EST. If you choose a shipping method that you do not qualify for, we will correct it and charge additional shipping charges to your credit card if there are any. We will e-mail you immediately with information if necessary.
Returned or Refused Merchandise:
We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges.
If you do not accept shipment or the package is refused and returned to us for any reason, we reserve the right to charge for shipping fees of the package, return shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee if you do not want it re-shipped. If the incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge again for re-shipping and return shipping. Our system automatically computer generates and prints shipping labels based on the information provided by you on the original order.
Privacy: Shipping labels and packaging are completely discreet. We do not sell, share or disclose any of your private information to other individuals or companies.
Domestic United States Shipments Only
All orders over $200 will require a signature from the recipient.
Standard Priority Mail and FedEx Shipments
If you choose Priority Mail,
your order will take up to 24 hours to process and then 1 - 3 business days to arrive from the day we ship it. It may take slightly longer if you are on the west coast. If you choose FedEx, please remember that standard FedEx delivery excludes Saturday delivery. If you need FedEx Saturday delivery, you will need to telephone us at 1 800 339 3310 and we will process your order. There is an additional charge that FedEx will levy for Saturday delivery. We are not responsible for "Acts of God" otherwise known as force majeure. So if there are severe weather or other catastrophic events, FedEx may not deliver your merchandise on the day requested. This is a very unusual situation, however it does happen.
International Shipping Only
Duty and Taxes: You are responsible for paying all of your country's Duty and taxes. These are not always levied, but if they are and if you do not pay these taxes, they will be reverted to us to pay. We will charge your credit card for these amounts. We will e-mail you with the amount and the proof of charge. We are sorry, but we cannot absorb these charges, nor can we ignore them.

Express shipping internationally
typically takes 3-6 business days and the cost starts at $28. Signature will be required and a tracking number provided.
Standard shipping internationally can take anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks and tracking number will not be provided.
