A copy of this form was also included in your original package on the reverse side of your packing slip, or if you need to print another copy please click here.
We offer Free Return Shipping on all US orders. If you need to exchange a product for something different (size, color, etc) please return the item/items to us and we will cover the shipping cost to send the new merchandise. All original packaging must be intact and unopened for return.
Sorry, but for health reasons we can not accept any worn or tried on hosiery or panties for exchange or store credit.
All panties and sale items are final and can not be returned.
Please remember to include in the return package a filled out and signed Return Authorization Form to avoid delays. We suggest using some form of return shipping that includes tracking information incase the package gets lost.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
If you request store credit please note:
Returns for StockinGirl Account Holders: If you select store credit on the RAF we will issue you a store credit to your SG account. You can use this credit online during checkout.
Returns without an StockinGirl Account: If you select store credit on the RAF and do not have a SG account your return will be processed and your store credit will be kept on file. You will need to either call in or email us with your next order to have us apply the store credit.
When your return is received by us we will issue a store credit or send replacement merchandise. Store credit is good indefinitely.
