If you return an item within the 30 day return window and would prefer a refund, please email us at info@stockingirl.com.  Once we receive the items and verify all original packaging is intact and unopened we can process your request for a refund back to the original payment method used.  If you are over the 30 day return window, please email us prior to sending back any items, we may be able to take back the items for exchange or store credit.  All {Sale} items are final sale and not subject to refunds or returns.

 RETURN POLICY

All original packaging must be intact and unopened for return in 30 days of delivery. Due to the delicate nature and for health reasons we cannot accept any tried on hosiery or lingerie. Only unopened items will be accepted back for exchange or store credit. All panties and sale items are final and cannot be returned.

If you cannot print the RA form, please make sure you include a note with your name, order number and the reason for your return.   Unless requested store credit will be issued to the StockinGirl account on file.  Store credit never expires.

We offer Free Exchange Shipping on all US orders. If you need to exchange a product for something different (size, color, etc.) please return the item/items to us and we will cover the shipping cost to send the new merchandise.
